The national president of, was dispensed with giving testimony as a witness in the process of the 2022 coup plot. He was in the first wave of nominees for the defense of the former Justice Minister, but was dismissed on Friday (30).

The investigation placed the acronym leader in the “disinformation nucleus and attacks on the electoral system.” According to the PF, it was up to Valdemar to “finance, publicize before the press and endorse the lawsuit that corroborated the performance of the” expert “network that subsidized ‘technical studies’ that would prove alleged fraud in the 2022 presidential elections”.

In the complaint, despite including an excerpt on the electoral representation presented by the PL, PGR cites only the party’s name with Bolsonaro and former minister Walter Braga Netto, not to mention Valdemar. He then says that “the criminal organization knew about false database, but so far, the party president has not been established to know it either.”
The former minister of infrastructure of Bolsonaro and governor, (Republicans), was the first to be heard this Friday, in a hearing that also had the participation of the Senators (-PI), former chief of, and Senator Espiridião Amin (PP-SC).
General Gustavo Dutra, former military commander of the Planalto, must be summoned by the Supreme to speak on Monday (2).
