The intense polar air mass that began to reach the Western Amazon last Wednesday (28), although with sunny days, follows firm and strong in various regions of Acre. According to the National Institute of Meteorology (Inmet), this weekend will be marked by clean sky, without rain, throughout the state.

In Rio Branco and the east and southern areas of the state, the next few days will continue with time open in the morning, but nights and dawn should remain cold until at least Monday morning (2).

Regarding low temperatures, there is a possibility of new cold records at dawn, with temperatures of 14.9º in Rio Branco, 15th in Epitacionia and just over 16th in Cruzeiro do Sul and Tarauacá.

Another phenomenon that draws attention is weekend with the shortest days of the year, where sunset takes place at 5:16 pm in Rio Branco and at 5:40 pm in Cruzeiro do Sul.
