The group demonstrates its concern with the risk of federalization of the penitentiary system. According to Livres, the proposal hurts the autonomy of states and will raise public spending.
The movement also believes that constitutional funds must cast the budget and that the restructuring of the Federal Bus Station will eventually be done without planning.
