The Hamas militant movement in its Saturday’s statement responded to the US proposal to the ceasefire and the exchange of hostages, who was presented on Thursday by a special envoy of the US President for the Middle East Steve Witkoff.
He wants to free ten living Israeli prisoners and hand over the remains of 18 dead in exchange for more than a thousand Palestinians. TASR reports this according to AFP reports and The Guardian.
