Ingredients:
- 12 longitudinal biscuits,
- 85 g serka mascarpone,
- 3 tablespoons of cold, brewed espresso,
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar.
Additionally:
- 2 tablespoons of cooking cocoa,
- 2 tablespoons of chopped walnuts for coating.
Method of performance:
Dram the biscuits in a kitchen, blender or string bag with a roller or meat pestle.
In a bowl, mix crushed cookies, powdered sugar, mascarpone and coffee. The mass should be easily formed. If it’s too dry, add a small amount of coffee. If it is too soft, put the mass in the fridge for 30 minutes. In critical cases, add an additional sponge cake.
Get a portion of 1.5 tablespoons and form balls.
In a deep plate, mix with you cocoa and finely chopped walnuts. Coat each of the balls in a mixture of cocoa and walnuts.
