History of Inter Milan
Inter is one of the most traditional and victorious institutions of European football. Founded on March 9, 1908, he was born from a split with the Milan Cricket and Football Club (now AC Milan), for disagreements about the acceptance of foreign players in the cast.
From the beginning, the club showed strength on the national scene, winning the first Italian championship in 1909–10. Over the decades, Inter has been consolidated as a power, winning important titles in different periods.
In the international level, Inter has achieved great prestige. He won two intercontinental cups under the command of Helenio Herrera “father” of the famous “Catenaccio”.
