The organization of which Debs would be part, according to the corporation, is.
According to the PF, Debs would be a central figure of the scheme, leading operations and coordinating the actions of the others involved, as well as being related to other investigated in the case.
“Your family network of influence and connections with other members of the organization strengthen their leadership position and their ability to perpetuate their criminal activities,” says the PF representing which the column had access.
The corporation also points out that he would have a “vast criminal history, being involved in various agrarian conflicts in the state of Pará”. According to the representation, its criminal history is “extensive and diverse”, including suspicions of crimes such as murder, theft, ideological falsehood, estelionato, among others.
For example, it is cited in representation a false identity created by Debs, with another CPF under the name of DeBys Antonio da Rocha. The objective, according to the investigation, would be to “hide the property of property from criminal offenses, as well as hinder their criminal liability.”
The fact was used by the agents to argue before the court for debt pre -trial detention, since, considering the severity of the crimes by which he is accused, “as well as the possibility of escape due to the use of false identity,” pre -trial detention would be “essential”.
The corporation also points to an alleged discrepancy between the debs lifestyle demonstrated on social networks, with the purchase of luxury vehicles and high -value agricultural equipment, with its declared income.
“Such acquisitions, documented on social networks and public records, highlight the discrepancy between their lifestyle, full of ostentation, and their sources of legitimate income,” says the PF.
Talisman farm
One of the examples cited by the PF about his “ostentation” is an event in July 2023, held at Talisman farm. On the date, a show was promoted with the country duo “Bruno e Barreto”, from the success “Farra, Pinga and Foguette”.
According to the investigation, the event was “watered with full barbecue, prepared in the Fogo de Chão style, in which they participated, for free, only guest people.” The show was registered on the Fazenda social network.
