Almost reached climate target? Austria jumps onto the brake with a savings package

They are very rare at the moment, but they exist: the good news in climate policy. Europe is on course to reach the climate target for 2030, says the EU Commission after evaluating the national energy and climate plans of the states in detail. By 2030, the states can reduce their emissions by almost 55 percent compared to 1990. The goal is within reach.
