Blurred by Hamas to the Witten Proposal for hostages - Asks for modifications and rewards

It responded to the proposal of US Special Envoy Steve Whitkov for a ceasefire agreement on the release of hostages, but sets its own terms without responding positively or negatively to the proposal.

According to information from the Egyptian Network of Al-Rad, the hostages are returned in five stages, instead of two in the first week.

These are 10 living hostages and 18 bodies in return for an agreed number of Palestinian prisoners.

Sources with knowledge of the subject, as the Times of Israel reports, say Hamas wants to release four living hostages on the first day of the 60 -day truce, from two on the 10th and 30th day and the last day of the deal will release four more hostages.

Hamas is also offered to return hostages on the 30th and 50th day of the proposed truce.

Hamas also proposes a permanent ceasefire, a total withdrawal from the Gaza Strip and ensuring the flow of aid to the Palestinians.

Sources told the Times of Israel that Hamas was planning to accept the proposal with reservations mainly to prevent Israel from repetition of war following the temporary truce proposed by Whitkov.
