The lamb is a soft and melting yeast dough. Served on the table, it immediately attracts attention with its unusual shape, which refers to the name of the dessert. It is formed into a beautiful picture of a fluffy lamb. In the taste and consistency, the dough resembles a challah – it comes out light and pleasantly sweet. The lamb is ideal for afternoon coffee or tea. Proceed according to the provision below, and you will certainly soon enjoy a perfect snack.

Ingredients:
- 400 g of wheat flour,
- 200 ml of milk,
- 100 g of butter,
- 2 eggs,
- 75 g cukru,
- 30 g of fresh yeast,
- A pinch of salt.
Additionally:
- breadcrumbs to sprinkle the form,
- butter to smear the mold,
- yolk to spread,
- Powder sugar for sprinkling.
Method of performance:
Melt the butter and cool.
Pour flour, sugar (without one tablespoon) and salt into a bowl. Mix them with you and make a cavity in the middle.
Pour crushed yeast and a tablespoon of sugar into the hole. Pour them with warm milk. Cover the bowl with a cloth and set aside for 10 minutes to rise.
Insert the eggs into a separate bowl and beat them with a fork. Knead the whole into a fairly uniform dough. Add the already cooled butter and knead again to obtain a flexible consistency. Cover the bowl with a linen cloth and leave to rise for about an hour.
Divide the dough into 3 parts. While working on one of them at the same time, roll it out into a cake about 0.5 cm thick. Cut the wheels with a wide glass, as in the case of dumplings.
Take four wheels and apply them with a distance so that the edge of one circle is in the middle of the previous one. Roll them into a roll.
Place the prepared roses tightly in a 22 cm diameter form smeared with butter and covered with breadcrumbs. Leave the whole for 10-15 minutes to rise.
Put the lamb cake in the oven preheated to 160 degrees Celsius and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Take the dessert out of the oven and leave to cool. Serve with powdered sugar.
