Preparation method:
- First, we start preparing yeast dough. We should ensure that all ingredients have room temperature.
- The first step is to place yeast in milk with 1 teaspoon of flour and 1 teaspoon of sugar. It is worth heating the milk a bit before, but it should be warm – not hot. Set aside the yeast solution for about 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, we melt the butter in a saucepan and set them off to cool. We take a large bowl and beat the egg and yolks with sugar. We add vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix again, then complement the whole with melted chilled butter and yeast flash.
- We gradually add flour (preferably through a strainer), stirring constantly. We knead the dough until it gets a smooth consistency. We leave them in a bowl, cover with a cotton cloth and set aside in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, we knead the dough again, and then place it in a mold smeared with butter and covered with a small amount of semolna. We cover the baking tray with a cloth and set aside for another 30 minutes.
- Now we’re taking the crumble. We combine ingredients and knead them with your fingers creating some kind of lumps. We put them in a plastic box and hide them in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes.
- We discover a baking tray with dough and sprinkle with washed and half -cut strawberries. Then remove the crumble from the freezer and sprinkle the dough with it.
- Bake the dough at 180 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes. It is worth constantly controlling the level of baking so as not to accidentally burn it.
- After removing the dough from the oven, you need to cool them. Then they can be served.
