If you fancy a delicious dinner, but you got bored of the classic, try those chopped chicken cutlets with the addition of yellow cheese. The whole is expressive, aromatic, very moist and melting in the mouth. These chops will be an interesting variety for classic ground or pork chop. Your family will ask you for them regularly, so write this recipe and hang it in a visible place.
To prepare this recipe, you will need:
- 500 g of chicken fillets,
- 100 g of cheese,
- 80 g sour cream 18 percent,
- 30 g of potato flour,
- 1 teaspoon of salt,
- ½ teaspoon of black pepper.

Ready cutlets will taste best with potatoes. You can serve them in the form Purée, cook them and sprinkle with dill, or cut into boats and bake in the oven. Also, don’t forget about the vegetable addition, put on Misery, classic white cabbage and carrot salad, or prepare Greek salad.
Wash the meat and dry the paper towels well. Remove possible skin and bones. Cut them into a small cube with a sharp knife, and then repeat the process until you get a very finely chopped mass. Transfer the fillet to a large bowl.
Grate the yellow cheese on a medium -mesh grater and add chips to the meat. Season to taste. Add cream and flour to the meat mass. Mix everything thoroughly. The mass should be quite thick.
Heat a thin layer of oil in a frying pan. Using a spoon, apply fairly thin chops. Fry them on each side for at least 5 minutes, covered. They should blush nicely on the top.
Serve chopped chicken cutlets, immediately after preparation, preferably with the addition of sour cream or yogurt or garlic sauce.
Store the remains in the fridge and use within 2 days. Heat in a pan or in the oven.
