Cauliflower with cheese
In this recipe, it does not start exceptionally with the preparation of the main ingredient, but with the preheating of the oven. So preheat it to 220 ° C. Then take 1 large cauliflower and divide it into larger rosettes. Put the cauliflower rosettes in a larger bowl and pour it with olive oil. Then add a large dose of salt and pepper to the bowl. Stir all the ingredients and stack the individual rosettes on a baking pan. Ideally, individual pieces are not too close to each other.
Now let the cauliflower bake in the oven. Bake it for about 25 minutes to make it nicely baked and soft. Then allow it to cool and lower the oven temperature to 200 ° C. Meanwhile, when the cauliflower will cool down, remove the casserole and dissolve 75 grams of butter. When the butter begins to foam, pour 4 tablespoons of plain flour into the casserole. Fry while stirring until the roux turns golden to brown. Now take a bowl and mix 400 milliliters of whipping with 400 milliliters of whole milk. Mix really quickly and gradually add after the spoons before the beautifully thick bešamel sauce is formed.
Perfect dinner for the whole family
Boil the bešamel sauce over a gentle flame for about a quarter of an hour. Stir regularly. Then remove it from the plate, add the grated nutmeg, 150 grams of grated cheddar and add pepper and salt to taste. Now put the cauliflower in the baking mold, evenly pour the sauce on it and place it in the oven. Bake for about half an hour before the baking pan is colorful until golden. And you’re done. Bon appetite.
