Airfryer conquers the hearts of many people and it’s no wonder. This device allows you to prepare delicious and healthy dishes at a rapid pace, without using a large amount of fat. It turns out that you can also make sweet breakfasts in it. Check out the recipe for an insane omelette with strawberries that melts in your mouth.

To make an omelette with you need 5 popular ingredients, which probably each of us has in the kitchen. This time we present a recipe for this sweet meal with strawberries, because the season is going on. Nothing prevents you from using other fruits, e.g. blueberries or raspberries.

What ingredients do we need to make an omelette from Airfryer? Here is the list:

  • 2 eggs;
  • 2 tablespoons of milk;
  • 1 tablespoon of wheat flour;
  • 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder;
  • 80 g of strawberries.

To make an omelette from Airfryer, at the beginning in a bowl, beat the egg with milk with a whisk or fork. Then add flour and baking powder – mix the whole until you get rid of the lumps.

Pour the prepared mass into a silicone mold. The layer should not be thicker than 2 cm – then you will be sure that the omelette will bake evenly.

In the next step, pour strawberries on top of the mass, but do not mix them. Thanks to this, they will not release the juice and do not start to cook. The fruits will be baked and gently break during cutting.

Finally, put in a silicone mold to Airfryer and Bake the omelette at 170 degrees for 18 minutes. If the device warms more from above, look inside after 15 minutes. The top should be slightly flushed and flexible under the finger. When the mass inside is still liquid after cutting, give it an additional 2-3 minutes of baking.

Fluffy omelette with strawberries should be sprinkled with powdered sugar. It tastes great with natural yogurt or maple syrup. You can additionally sprinkle with nuts and other fruits.
