Throughout this transition period, we continue working normally, making our observations, also constituting a relationship with the new coach. We spent all this period supplying Carlo Ancholotti with information.

This is what we tried to do so far, conveying to Ancelotti the tranquility, both in the former management and in the new, that all the commitments made would be fulfilled.”

Rodrigo revealed that, along with Juan, coordinator of the national team, traveled to Madrid to explain how the processes worked in Brazil, including the call list, and detail the sports project.

So we had to accelerate this period, decrease this gap between him to perform in Brazil. I think we managed to do this, very much for his goodwill to understand. Our meetings were profitable. So our work was this, “he explained.

The leader recalled how Ancelotti’s coming was a challenging process that demanded a lot of time and strategy, but the outcome calling him “happy ending.”

“I think it was a happy ending,” he began. “He arrived extremely excitedly, motivated and especially understanding the responsibility of training one. It’s his career dream – an extremely victorious career – and, according to him, that was just that.
