CBF’s general executive coordinator, Rodrigo Caetano, opened the backstage game that brought Carlo Ancelotti to command the Brazilian team.
In an interview with CNN Sports S/Awhich airs on Sunday (1st), he highlighted the technical work behind the hiring, the internal challenges and the importance of maintaining during the troubled political period of the entity.

This is what we tried to do so far, conveying to Ancelotti the tranquility, both in the former management and in the new, that all the commitments made would be fulfilled.”
Rodrigo revealed that, along with Juan, coordinator of the national team, traveled to Madrid to explain how the processes worked in Brazil, including the call list, and detail the sports project.
The manager acknowledged that it would be necessary to accelerate the adaptation of the Italian coach to the context of a national team, something quite different from the daily life of clubs.
“Carlo was a lifetime an extremely victorious technician in clubs, but has many distinct dynamics between club and.
