The Brazilian female team beat Japan again on Monday (2), this time, 2-1, in Bragança Paulista. It was the second friendly among teams in less than a week. Last Friday (30), the Brazilian won 3-1, at Neo Chemistry Arena, in Itaquera.
For the duel at Cícero de Souza Municipal Stadium, coach Arthur Elias promoted some changes in the lineup of the last game. The main one was Marta’s return to the starting lineup. She acted until half the second half, when she gave way to Jhonson, the author of Brazil’s second goal in the match.
The Japanese opened the scoring with Seike Kiko. Then Brazil became the confrontation with a goal against Ishikawa and another from Corinthians striker, who made his debut in the national team.
The next commitment of the team directed by Arthur Elias will be against France, on June 27, in Grenoble. In July, Brazil will compete in the Copa America.
