PT leader delivers documents to the PF and asks Jair Bolsonaro’s assets to block for financing the actions of the child abroad
The leader of the House, Deputy (RJ), gave testimony to the PF (Federal Police) on the afternoon of Monday (2.JUN.2025), in Brasilia, as part of the inquiry that investigates the performance of licensed deputy Eduardo Bolsonaro (PL-SP) in the United States.
During the hearing, Lindbergh delivered documents that, according to him, show that the former president’s son (PL) has been working in the US against the Supreme Court (STF) and specifically against Minister Alexandre de Moraes. The congressman arrived at the PF headquarters at 2:55 pm and left the place around 5:20 pm.
According to Lindbergh, Eduardo Bolsonaro would be promoting a “Symbolic Depredation” of the STF, characterizing what it called a “Continuous blow” against the democratic institutions of the country.

Lindbergh also reported asking PF to block the assets of former President Jair Bolsonaro. According to him, Bolsonaro would be funding the actions of his son abroad.

Eduardo Bolsonaro officialized his license request from the House of Representatives in March. He said he moved to the US to “Seek proper sanctions for human rights violators”. In recent statements, the deputy said he will only return to Brazil when Moraes is sanctioned by the US country.
INVESTIGATION
Moraes determined on May 26 the opening of an inquiry against Eduardo. The decision was after an investigation made by the PGR (Attorney General’s Office) to investigate the performance of the licensed deputy against Brazilian authorities.
