You only need a few ingredients to conjure up a dish rich in vitamins and minerals, which is ideal for lunch or dinner.

To prepare this recipe, you will need:

  • 500 g of zucchini,
  • 1 onion,
  • 2 cloves of garlic,
  • 1 egg,
  • 50-60 g of wheat flour,
  • a little nutmeg,
  • Salt and pepper,
  • Rapeseed oil for frying.

Such pies can be served with the addition yogurt-herb sauce. Just mix in a bowl A few tablespoons of thick yogurt, e.g. Greek, you will add garlic squeezed through Prague, chopped dill and chives, a pinch of chili petals, as well as salt and pepper.

Wash the zucchini, dry and cut the ends. Grate finely on a grater. Salt, mix and set aside for 10 minutes. Zucchini should release water. Pour it and add wheat flour, egg, nutmeg and pepper. Mix and check the consistency. If it is too rare and flowing, add flour.

Peel onions and garlic. Grate on a grater and mix into the mass.

Heat rapeseed oil. Fry zucchini pies after 3-4 minutes on each side. After frying, drain them on paper towels.
