The (Union), if confirmed in all instances of the Electoral Justice, will cause his colleague Adrilles Jorge to also lose his mandate.
This is because the decision nullifies the 101,549 votes given to Rubinho and, as a result, the Union will lose the chair of Adrilles – a 25,038 votes.
In a first instance decision on Friday (30), Judge Antonio Maria Patiño Zorz ordered the revocation of Rubinho’s mandate and made him ineligible for eight years. The measure will have an effect after a final action.
Rubinho responds to the lawsuit for replacing in his social networks, in the 2024 municipal campaign.
Faced with the possibility of losing his mandate due to Rubinho, Adrilles criticized the Electoral Justice and says that the decision is a persecution of right -wing politicians.
“Rubinho shared a lie for 20 minutes, but admitted his mistake. It may have a simpler sentence, now nullifying the votes is a strange thing of a judge taken by an ideological principle,” says Adrilles.
“What is my fault? Only affect people on the right, it is a persecution of several judges who are actually ideopathic executioners. They use their ideopathy to curtail the voice of a conservative liberal right,” Adrilles concluded.
