The eyes of fashion lovers were mounted on Bratislava Castle this year! Bratislava Fashion Days celebrated their 20th anniversary. The prestigious fashion event that brings to the capital the best of domestic and foreign fashion this time has moved directly to the castle for a significant anniversary.
The successful project brought together a presentation of new fashion trends and combined talented designers, fashion enthusiasts, famous personalities, journalists and influencers. Bratislava Fashion Days took place on 26 – 27 in May in the courtyard of Bratislava Castle with the participation of the sound of new names from the world of fashion.
They introduced their collections: Osmany Laffita, La Rena, Michaela Ľuptáková, Katarína Žiak, Annamária Kiss Kos, Veronika Hložníková, SSŠ Biela Voda Kežmarok, Jana Jurčenko, Smart Swimsuits, Zuzana Haková, Jana Pištejová, Lombardi Fashion House
Many famous faces came to BMD. Among the guests was in the opening evening and President of the Slovak Republic Peter Pellegrini, who came in accompanied by his sister and settled in the first row next to the organizer Maria Reháková.
The President of the Slovak Republic confessed at a spectacular action for Musician Vanessa Šarközi. “Of course, my eye pleases every nice modelthat will be made by our designers and show off our models, beautiful dresses on balls, beautiful gowns, etc. But that I was somehow interested in fashion from morning to evening, probably not. At least I watch those men’s trends, I am as conservative than a politician I have to be. Sometimes I would like to have something more eccentric, but I have to hold it within my possibilities, “ Peter Pellegrini has revealed his view of fashion. He thinks he is such a common male consumer that wears suits to work.
The President was excited about the first evening of the Bratislava Fashion Days. “I was so thinking that I may have made a mistake that sometimes I didn’t accept those invitations to fashion shows earlier, not now, when I was slowly 50,” He admitted Pellegrini.
