Delegate Olim (PP), new president of the Alesp (Legislative Assembly of São Paulo) Ethics Council, says he intends to guide the analysis of the domestic complaint () within a few weeks, but already rules out cassation.
He is accused of aggression by the influencer Cíntia Chagas, and denies the act of violence.

Chagas filed a police report against the deputy in September 2024, accusing him of physical and psychological abuse, which generated a protective measure and an investigation by the 3rd Women’s Defense Police Station, which runs under confidentiality.
The case triggered a war of versions between the couple. Deputy Monica Seixas (PSOL), then filed a manifestation against a bove on the Ethics Council, asking for her cancellation.
Olim, who took over the council on May 13, says he intends to “clean the agenda” first and then prioritize the case of Bove. Before him, there is only one more representation in line, against deputy Captain Roof (), who, if revealed by the panel.
