Company acquired shareholding and operational command of the channel, keeping the Tellescom group as a partner in the operation
Ola Sports has become a shareholder and began to run the operation of N Sports, a sports channel that has been operating in the market since 2018. The partnership was made official with Tellescom technology group and includes as partners on the Nose and Sportent agencies, the communicator Antonio Tabet and the sports lawyer Marcos Motta.
The association began after Ola Sports acquired the transmission rights of Serie B of the Brazilian Championship. He then joined the N Sports to implement a multiplatform structure. The Unimpedidos channel has partnered with the mission of producing content for open platforms such as YouTube and Twitch.
With the new agreement, Ola Sports acquired a shareholding at N Sports and assumed operational control. The Tellescom group follows as a partner. The values of the transaction and the shareholding division between the new partners were not disclosed.
The management of N Sports will be shared by 3 Co-CEOs: André Barros (Content), Edinho Potsch (Marketing, Communication and Commercial) and André Argolo (Rights and Institutional Relations). The operation continues to be conducted from the current headquarters. The station’s new visual identity premiered on Wednesday (4.Jun.2025) on linear channels, streaming and social networks.
“Our strategy is to reposition N Sports as a versatile sports broadcaster. The media market is expanding, and multiplatforms allow you to explore not only football but also other Olympic and Popular Modalities.”said Barros. “We want content to dialogue with those interested in the relationship between sports, lifestyle, humor, music and entertainment.”
An Sports already has more than 4,000 hours of transmissions and about 50 covered modalities. The station has reached over 30 million fans, with an average of 26 minutes assisted by viewer.
On social networks, especially on Youtube, N Sports brings together over 1 million followers. The videos exceeded 60 million views and generated 2.5 million interactions.
From this new phase, N Sports aims to expand range and diversify the content. The station plans to announce new names for its cast and unpublished programs.
