The body of a dead man was found in the premises of the Municipal Pool in Rimavská Sobota on Tuesday (3 June). The case is being dealt with by the police. This was stated for TASR by the spokeswoman of the Regional Directorate of the Police Force in Banská Bystrica, Mária Faltániová.
The body of the man was found in the released pool, the Rimavskosobotská swimming pool has been closed to the public from the second half of May. “The police have initiated criminal prosecution for the cause of the death. In the case, the autopsy was ordered, the investigation is still ongoing,” Faltániová said, saying that more information on the case cannot be provided for now.
