The minister of the Federal Supreme Court determined the pre-trial detention of the federal deputy (PL-SP), in addition to the blocking of his assets and the inclusion of the parliamentary’s name in the Interpol Red Diffusion list.
Moraes complied with a request from (Attorney General’s Office), sent to the Supreme after the parliamentarian announced less than a month after being unanimously convicted of ten years in prison by the first class of the court.
In the request, the Attorney’s Office stated that it does not intend to anticipate the fulfillment of Zambelli’s sentence, but “ensure the proper application of criminal law.”
Zambelli said on Tuesday that he will not return to Brazil. He said he left the country “a few days ago.”
She also claimed to want to act as the licensed federal deputy (PL) in the United States, doing what she calls “complaints” against the STF ministers.
“I’m choosing Europe, because he is already doing exemplary work in the United States,” said the parliamentarian. “I will report, yes, everything that is happening. (…) I want to expose this to the world so that they know who the ministers of the Supreme Court of Brazil are.”
Eduardo has defended with Donald Trump government authorities in the United States, sanctions against ministers of the Supreme and criticized which he classifies as persecution of the Brazilian judiciary against pockets.
Last week, the Supreme Court opened an investigation against the deputy for the alleged crimes of coercion, obstruction of investigation and violent abolition of the Democratic Rule of Law.
Earlier last month, Zambelli was sentenced by the Supreme Court after the first class of the Supreme Court concluded that the deputy commanded the invasion of the institutional systems of the CNJ (National Council of Justice), with the help of hacker Walter Delgatti.
The objective would be to issue false release permits and provoke confusion in the judiciary. She appealed the sentence.
