The leader of the opposition SaS and the deputy of the National Council (NR) of the Slovak Republic Branislav Gröhling speaks in connection with the failure of the referendum on not applying sanctions against Russia about the possible beginning of the coalition crisis. He believes that CIS chairman Andrej Danko will criticize President Petr Pellegrini for not writing the referendum even though he explained. This stems from his statement for journalists in parliament.

“Probably another coalition crisis is starting. Danko was very held for the referendum and the President will not write it. Although he actually argueed legally, why, why, I think Danko will start calling him as an American agent, ”he said. Gröhling also said to the appeal of the head of state to address the question of verifying the authenticity of signatures in petitions. It intends to deal with the government.

The President reported on Wednesday that the referendum of non -application of sanctions against Russia cannot be declared. In the required question “Do you agree that the Slovak Republic does not apply sanctions against the Russian Federation, which are harmful to Slovak citizens, sole traders and entrepreneurs?” He sees confusion. According to him, the proposal to declare a referendum is not clear, certain, or predictable, and would therefore be unenforceable in practice. The proposal for a referendum was initiated by the non -parliamentary Slovak Movement of Revival.
