Seniors should eat often. The salad will improve digestion, immunity and take care of the heart

The base of the senior salad is red cabbage, tomatoes, onions and dill, i.e. Red cabbage provides fiber, vitamin C and antioxidants that support immunity and make blood vessels more elastic. Tomatoes are, in turn, a source – protecting the heart and acting anti -cancer – lycopene. The onion has anti -inflammatory, and dill – supports digestion and soothes flatulence. Olive oil – healthy vegetable fat – supports the circulatory system.

Senior salad contains breadcrumbs and mayonnaise that improve consistency and taste. However, they are not considered healthy, but only when they are taken in excess (then they raise cholesterol and weight). In total, a snack is a tasty and nutritious proposal in which valuable nutrients dominate. Seniors should from time to time reach for her to diversify their diet.

Ingredients:

Edible soil:

  • 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs,
  • clove of garlic,
  • a teaspoon of granulated onion,
  • a tablespoon of olive oil,
  • a pinch of salt,
  • A pinch of black pepper.

Salad:

  • Little Little Little Red Cabbage,
  • 300 g of tomatoes,
  • onion,
  • A handful of dill.

Dressing:

  • 100g majonezu,
  • 100 g of Greek yogurt,
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt,
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.

Additionally:

  • cocktail tomatoes for decoration,
  • parsley for decoration.

Method of performance:

Prepare edible soil. Heat olive oil on medium heat in a frying pan. Add the onion and fry for a few minutes until it softens slightly. Add garlic squeezed through Prague and breadcrumbs. Fry the whole for about 2 minutes, stirring often. Turn off the heat, season to taste with salt and pepper. Cool completely.

Prepare a salad. Chop the cabbage very finely. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and squeeze out of excess juice. Cut the onion into small cubes. Transfer all ingredients into a bowl.

Prepare dressingstirring thoroughly all ingredients. Pour the salad with the prepared sauce and mix everything well.

On the plate, spread a little edible soil and put a rim for forming salads and desserts on it. Put the cabbage salad inside and beat the whole thing well. Gently remove the rim.

Serve the senior salad after decorating with cherry tomatoes and parsley.
