The candidate of the ruling party of the current Prime Minister did not succeed in the elections. At the party meeting they want to analyze the campaign the results of the election.
Prime Minister Donald Tusk will be held with deputies of the Government Civic Coalition Club (KO) on Wednesday evening at the headquarters of the Polish government in Warsaw. The topic will be the results of the presidential election in which the candidate KO Rafal Trzaskowski was unsuccessfully. This is reported by Warsaw TASR rapporteur, according to PAP.
The head of the KO ZBIGNEW KONWINSKI club on Wednesday in Sejm stressed that the election results will be analyzed and drawn from them. However, he rejected speculation about the exchange of Prime Minister or the Chairman of KO and criticized public debates on responsibility for the election campaign through the media. According to him, it is necessary to evaluate the situation calmly and without emotions.
According to one of KO deputies, the meeting at the Government Office will take the form of a meeting of the KO parliamentary club with the participation of the Prime Minister. Wioletta Paprock’s election staff of the TRZASKowski election staff is also expected. In addition to the campaign evaluation, the next procedure of the Government is to be discussed in connection with the vote on the confidence that the Sejm will receive on 11 June.
At the same time, Konwiňski said that the KO club did not receive an invitation from the head of the club PIS PIS Mariusz Blaszczak for negotiations on the creation of an excess technical government. He described the proposal for the establishment of such a cabinet as a media maneuver and an absurd idea. He stressed that the government has a majority, which he believes will be confirmed by the vote of confidence on Wednesday, June 11.
