Six and Sindimoto-SP, an entity that represents motorcyclists by application in the city of São Paulo entered this Wednesday (4) with a representation with the ILO (International Labor Organization) against the company.
The reason was an initiative of the company last week, about the regulation of motorcyclexis. The case was revealed by the panel.

The action cites violation of the ILO conventions 87 and 98. The signatories call for “adoption of concrete and effective measures designed to guarantee the full observance of union rights within their jurisdiction.”
Among the listed measures are promoting “rigorous investigation of antisindical practices”, applying sanctions and reinforcing inspection mechanisms.
99 stated about the payment that offered “support and cost allowance to motorcyclists who are voluntarily interested in following the discussion about the MotaApp service.”
“The 99 took this action to keep these self -employment close to the discussion. Many of these workers do not have economic conditions to stop working and fighting for their rights, a situation aggravated without the opportunity to obtain extra gains from people’s transportation services, such as 99Moto, which is temporarily suspended in the city of São Paulo,” he said.
