The PGR (Attorney General of the Republic) requested the pre-trial detention of Federal Deputy Carla Zambelli (PL-SP), the blockade of his assets and the inclusion of the parliamentary’s name in Interpol’s red diffusion list.
She announced on Tuesday (3) that she left Brazil less than a month after being unanimously convicted of ten years in prison by the first class of the Supreme Court.
The ministers of the First Class of the Supreme Court decided to condemn her for understanding that Zambelli commanded with the help of hacker Walter Delgatti the invasion of institutional systems of the CNJ (National Council of Justice). The objective would be to issue false release permits and provoke confusion in the judiciary.
