Danielle Bezerra dos Santos would have acted to hide evidence and objects of the crimes in which her partner, also reported by the São Paulo prosecutor, would be involved
Danielle had been at large since February 28. Due to confidentiality, the PF did not reveal details of the prison. The São Paulo Public Prosecution Service (MPSP) requested the arrest by claiming that Danielle worked “in the context of the organization’s illicit activities (CCP) for product laundering for drug trafficking crime and other related crimes committed by its members”.
According to the calculation of the Special Action Group to Combat Organized Crime (Gaeco), of the São Paulo MP, she would have acted to hide evidence and objects of the crimes in which her partner – also reported by the MP – would be involved. Audios obtained by the investigation point out that the wife was aware of her husband’s criminal activities and acted in complicity with him. The investigation found that Danielle helped her husband manage open accounts on behalf of “oranges” companies to hide illicit money.
Before marrying Rogerinho, the woman maintained relationships with two members of the CCP summit, both already dead. From one of them, Felipe Geremias dos Santos, the “German”, responsible for faction operations in Greater São Paulo, she was widowed in 2019. The investigated also related to Janeferson Mariano Gomes, the ‘nefo’, pointed out as the author of an alleged plan to kidnap Senator Sérgio Moro (Union). ‘Nefo’ was murdered in June 2024 inside the Penitentiary of President Venceslau (SP).
In audios and messages by WhatsApp groups that instruct the investigation, Danielle also talks to friends about her husband’s practices, who was worth the condition of civil police to extort money from alleged criminals. In one of the audios, the policeman tells the woman that she would use an uncharacterized police car to make one of these charges. In this case, the money was due to ‘nefo’. In conversations, Danielle suggests being “heiress” of CCP money. The messages and other indications determined by the Federal Police investigation led the MP to request the pre -trial detention of the investigated.
The investigation is the same as the corruption scheme that resulted in the death of Vinicius Gritzbach. The whistleblower was the victim of an ambush, with the participation of military police at Terminal 2 of Guarulhos Airport in November 2024. Rogerinho, however, was not arrested on suspicion of involvement in Gritzbach’s execution, but by other alleged crimes previously committed.
Data from the IRS point the police officer Rogério Felício as owner of companies such as a security consultancy, a construction company and an administrator of their own goods, all based in Praia Grande, in Baixada Santista. On social networks, he sported luxury watches and travel with his wife. Danielle is not listed as a partner of the companies.
