You can eat it on whole grain bread, with crackers, rice wafers or as a dip for fresh vegetables. It also works great as a tortilla lubricant, a filling for sandwiches or even an addition to salads, meats or meats. It tastes great mixed with pasta. It is healthy, aromatic and easy to prepare.
