The opened investigative procedure before the (Legislative Assembly of São Paulo) on Saturday (31).
The case was registered as a threat, racial injury and false identity and has already been investigated by the Civil Police.
On the night of Tuesday (3), after a request from Deputy Beth Sahão (PT), the Federal Police’s Cyber Crimes Directorate also pledged to investigate the attacks.
In the letter sent to the PF, SAHÃO reports that the message responsible for the message threatened to enter the armed offices and kill, torture and rape the parliamentarians.
The message, sent by email, brought offenses of misogynist, racist and capacitist and nominally quoted some deputies.
“This cannot be seen as a joke. It is a very serious crime that reveals how exposed we are. All of us, including women who are employees of this parliament. And for that very reason, we are taking all the appropriate measures,” says Sahão.
Currently, Alesp has 25 deputies, representing 27% of the total of 94 parliamentarians.
