The minister, of the (Supreme Federal Court), called for the convening of an extraordinary virtual session to judge the appeals of the federal deputy against the conviction to ten years in prison on charges of commanding invasion to the institutional systems of the (National Council of Justice).

According to the minister, Zambelli’s trip out of the country represents “the escape of the district of guilt.” “The defendant stated that it intends to insist on criminal conduct, to try to disbelief the Brazilian institutions and attack the democratic rule of law itself, which fully justifies the decree of their pre -trial detention,” he adds.
