The court acquitted this Wednesday (5), in the interior of São Paulo, in December last year. He was a defendant for drug trafficking.
According to the portfolio, the seized drug is not sufficient reason for the conviction, since the vehicle search made by the police was considered illegal. “[…] The casual discovery of illicit objects or flagrant situation during the due diligence does not validate the illegality of the police approach, ”says the judge.

Military police who were in the Eagle Helicopter intercepted in December 2024 a small aircraft loaded with about 400 bricks of cocaine base paste in the interior of São Paulo.
As soon as he landed on a clandestine track, near Penapolis airport, the pilot noticed the helicopter approach and tried to take off again, but was prevented by the agents.
According to the PM, a car was in the area to transport the drug, but the driver fled after leaving the vehicle. In addition to the plane pilot, a 45 -year -old passenger was also arrested.
