A dense cloud of smoke caught the attention of those who passed by Via Chico Mendes, in Rio Branco, early Tuesday afternoon (4). In the images recorded by amateur cameraman, the rectory building of the Federal Institute of Acre (Ifac) seemed to be taken by a fire.
