The governor of, (), sponsored in the dispute for a vacancy of judge at the Court of Justice a lawyer who was advisor to Domingos Brazão – present on charges of involvement in the murder of – and is accused of invading public land in the area of influence of militia in the west of the capital.

“I feel that being friend, brother of Faith, Claudio hurt me in the dispute with my peers, which is proved by the low adherence that I obtained among the judges in the vote held,” he said.

In 2015, Pipo was appointed in the Legislative Assembly as advisor to Brazil. Carmindo was shot in 2009 and attributed the attack to a delegate with whom he disputed the property of a land in the region.
