No shoes and lying on the floor, president tried to mimic dancer movements alongside Emmanuel Macron
President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva (PT) became a meme on social networks on Friday (6.jun.2025) after trying to imitate acrobatic movements during a visit to an art exhibition in Paris, France.
The scene took place during “Our Terra Terra Boat”, by Brazilian artist Ernesto Neto, at the Grand Palais.
No shoes, only sock, the petista lay on the show floor. He tried to reproduce the artists’ stunts on the floor and photographed the work.
Lula was accompanied by the French President Emmanuel Macron and the first ladies Janja da Silva and Brigitte Macron.
On social networks, the images gained filters and editions that simulated circus presentations. Some profiles have created montages by placing circus soundtrack on the official photos. Others used AI (artificial intelligence) to manipulate videos of the scene.
Here are some memes:

While the court silly makes the kingdom laugh a little, Macron drops the steel in the soup. And in the end the horn gets a horn medal to merit 🤣🤣🤣

The exhibition includes a large sculpture made with cheetah strips. The structure supports a crochet mesh that involves musical instruments from around the world that can be touched by visitors.
The Show is part of the cultural activities of the Brazilian Year Programming in France. It is held from June 6 to July 25 at the Grand Palais Exhibition Pavilion.
