They make a real sensation in the summer. They are pleasantly refreshing, light and quick to prepare. They will be perfect for hot days when we don’t feel like turning on the oven. This is Fiona’s cake. We present a recipe for this raspberry-building dessert that will delight the palate literally everyone.
Most of us know the green Shrek cake with delicacies, kiwi jelly and citrus foam. Fiona cake with a raspberry taste makes a serious competition. In addition, it looks beautiful on the table because it has a ruby color.
This dessert consists of several layers. His bottom is biscuits. Later, we apply layers on them, i.e. pudding cream, delicacies, foam and jelly.
What ingredients do we need to make Fiona cake?
Pudding cream:
- 900 ml of water diluted with raspberry juice;
- 3 packages of raspberry pudding;
Raspberry foam:
- 500 ml cream 30 percent;
- 250 ml of boiling water;
- 1 raspberry jelly.
Raspberry jelly:
- 800 ml of boiling water;
- 1 raspberry jelly.
Additionally:
- 200 g malin;
- 150 g of round biscuits;
- 15 Delicions.
To make a Fiona dough, put a 28×18 baking tray with baking paper at the beginning. Place biscuits on it.
In the next step, make the cream: Pour raspberry pudding into a bowl and pour them in 600 ml of water diluted with raspberry juice. In turn, boil the rest of the water, pour in the pudding into it and mix until a thick pudding mass forms. Then pour it on biscuits and set aside the whole to cool.
Then prepare raspberry foam: dissolve the jelly in boiling water and set aside to cool. Then beat the cream so that it is stiff and add to it gradually cooled jelly.
On the pudding mass, arrange the delicacies and pour them with raspberry foam. Spread it evenly on cookies. Then put raspberries on it.
Then make jelly, flooding the powder with boiling water. When it cools down and begins to solidify (it will have the consistency of dense jelly), pour it on raspberries. Finally, put the Fiona dough in the fridge for 3 hours, and preferably for the whole night to concentrate.
