Delicja of the Countess This is a recipe for a simple dessert, from which four large pieces of delicious, multi -layered are made Cakes with excellent vanilla cream. It works perfectly when you feel like something sweet on Sunday. You definitely have most of the ingredients for filling in your kitchen. And the packaging of puff pastry is worth holding in the fridge, just for such a moment. The dessert comes out delicious and you will definitely want to repeat this recipe.
To prepare this cake, you will need:
- 1 pack of puff pastry,
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar,
- 450 ml of fatty milk,
- 5 yolks,
- 80 g cukru,
- 50 g of potato flour,
- 1 vanilla chick,
- powdered sugar to sprinkle.
Divide the puff pastry into three equal parts. Prove each of them densely with a fork. Sprinkle gently with brown sugar. Then put each top of the dough on the baking tray into the oven lined with paper. Pay the puff pastry, e.g. with baking forms and a heat -resistant vessel set on it. The dough is not to grow strongly. Put them in a preheated oven to 200 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes.
Hold the grains from the vanilla pod. Along with milk, boil them in a pot. Bring to a boil and set aside immediately. Then beat the yolks and sugar to make it fluffy and light mass. Add potato flour and continue mixing. Now pour in a small portion of hot milk (about 100 ml) and mix to combine to harde the mass. Then pour in the rest. Mix well to connect. Boil the finished cream on medium power of the burner and stirring constantly, wait for the cream to thicken. It should take about a minute. Remove the cream from the stove, put it in a bowl and cover with foil in such a way that it touches the top. Leave to cool.
Now put half the cream on one cake top. You can do it with a spoon or with the help of a confectionery sleeve. Transfer it with a second piece of puff pastry. Spread the second part of the cream and cover it with the last top. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
