This cream is ideal for chocolate lovers. You need 500 ml of very cold plant cream, 500 g mascarpone and 400 g of chocolate. Whisk the mascarpone cream until thick and then gently mix the melted and cooled chocolate (approximately 40 ° C). Whisk until you get a dense and stable cream that is suitable as a filling for cakes or as a separate dessert.

The last cream is suitable for coffee lovers. You will need 250 ml whipping cream, 250 g mascarpone and 2 tablespoons of instant coffee. Whisk the cream into the graphite, add mascarpone and coffee melted in a small amount of hot water. Mix everything thoroughly until you get a smooth cream. This cream is ideal as a filling for cakes or as a separate dessert.
