Insane chocolate, with a nutty note. The cake inspired by a well -known candy bar will be conquered by taste buds

This cake will appeal to anyone who likes the taste of the bar Good Kinder – incredibly chocolate, with a nutty note, just melts in the mouth. Once I did for a party, my guests always want such a dessert. This is a real certainty for special occasions. Not only does it taste insane, it also looks great.

Cake:

  • 200 g of soft butter,
  • 200 g of brown sugar,
  • 150 ml buttermilk,
  • 150 g of wheat flour,
  • 50 g of powder cocoa,
  • 2 eggs in size L or XL,
  • 1 yolk,
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract,
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder,
  • 1 pinch of salt.

Cream:

  • 300 g of powdered sugar,
  • 200 g of soft butter,
  • 150 g of milk chocolate,
  • 100 g of roasted hazelnuts,
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract,
  • 1 pinch of salt.

Cream layer:

  • 150 g cream of cream 36%,
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar.

Icing:

  • 200 g of milk chocolate,
  • 50 ml of cream 36%,
  • 3 Kinder Bueno bars,
  • Chocolate pieces to sprinkle.

Prepare the cake.

In a large bowl, grate the butter with sugar to obtain a light and fluffy mass. Add one egg and yolk, whipping well after each of them.

Add buttermilk and vanilla. Mix for the next 4 minutes.

Gently pour in flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Mix until a uniform dough is obtained.

Place the baking mold with dimensions of 25×35 cm with baking paper. Pour the mass into it and put in the oven set to 180 degrees Celsius. Bake for 20-30 minutes, to a clean stick.

Take it out of the oven and leave to cool completely. Then cross -section into two tops.

Prepare the cream.

Melt chocolate in a water bath or in a microwave. Mix until it becomes a smooth consistency.

Grate the butter with sugar to obtain a light and fluffy mass.

Melt melted chocolate, vanilla and salt vigorously until a homogeneous chocolate mass is formed.

Add chopped hazelnuts and mix them gently. Set aside

Prepare the cream layer.

Beat the cream rigidly with the addition of powdered sugar.

Prepare the topping.

Heat the cream to a temperature of 50 degrees Celsius. Add crushed chocolate and set aside for a minute.

Mix the topping to get a smooth consistency.

Divide the Kinder Bueno bars into pieces according to the structure.

Fold the dough.

Place one table top back in a baking mold lined with foil or parchment paper. Brush the chocolate cream evenly.

On the cream, put a second dough top and spread a thin layer of cream.

At the top, at equal intervals, arrange pieces of bars and gently press them into the cream. Pour the whole with chocolate glaze and sprinkle with pieces of chocolate.

Good Kinder Put in the fridge for at least 3 hours until all layers freeze.
