USA banned the entry of people from 12 countries; Iranian government said it will take all appropriate measures to “protect the rights” of citizens

Here is the list of 12 countries whose citizens are prohibited from entering the US:
- Afghanistan;
- Chad;
- Equatorial Guinea;
- Eritrea;
- Haiti;
- Iran;
- Libya;
- Myanmar;
- Republic of Congo;
- Somalia;
- Sudan; and
- Yemen.
This is the list of 7 countries with partial restrictions:
- Burundi;
- Cuba;
- Laos;
- Sierra Leone;
- Togo;
- Turkmenistan; and
- Venezuela.
In such cases, the suspension applies to the entry of citizens with certain visas. There was also the order to reduce the validity time for some types of visas.
