Bloomberg on Tuesday reported that the Atlantic Alliance is proposing to its European members multiply by five its air defense capacity land. The strengthening of the air shield is part of a broader strategy of rearming within NATO. According to Bloombergit is being considered to establish a new spending threshold: 5% of GDPwith 3.5% directly intended for military defense, and the rest focused on complementary areas such as cybersecurity, strategic infrastructure and civil protection.
