Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the finely chopped onion. Add squeezed garlic and minced meat, fry until browned. Add puree and tomato concentrate and spices – smoked peppers, marjoram, coriander, herb pepper and salt. Fry 2-3 minutes, set aside to cool.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 3 mm and cut the oval shapes (approx. 12 cm long). Apply a portion of stuffing to the center of each cake. The ends of the dough on the sides leaving the “window” with stuffing
