The most basic is to create a seat with a rubber string for the cross, for which you need only a suitable strong elastic but relatively solid cord.
Around the perimeter of the inner circle of the tire you will then have to measure regular spacing between the holes. Before you drill holes, think about what pattern you will be going through? The most commonly used is a classic string that resembles a plowed sock.
But you can also wipe the tire from the edges to the center. In the same way, for example, dream catchers are made. The result looks similar to the cobweb.

However, the tires are quite difficult, so do not try to put them on too high legs. A stable and comfortable high chair or even a tire bar is simply not created.
