It is definitely a dish that will be perfect for both the beginning and at the end of the day. You will prepare them in just a few moments. They are crunchy outside, insanely creamy. Sprinkled with powdered sugar, they will also make a moment of meal a moment of sweet pleasure.
List of ingredients:
- 3 eggs,
- 70 g of powdered sugar,
- 1 cup of spelled flour,
- 200 g of semi -fat curd,
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder,
- 5 tablespoons of milk,
- 200 g of strawberries.
Mix the eggs with powdered sugar until the mass is fluffy.
Cottage cheese to glow with a fork – you can also blend it with a little milk so that there are not too many lumps. Add to egg mass.
Then sift the flour with baking powder to the other ingredients, stir. Add the milk, mix the whole.
Heat a little fat in a frying pan, put the mass onto the pancakes, press in half the strawberry chopped in half.
Fry on both sides.
Serve as you like – sprinkled with powdered sugar, with the addition of fruit or decorated with mint.
