President Peter Pellegrini will welcome from Tuesday to Wednesday (11 June) in Slovakia of the Spanish King Philip VI. This is the first official visit to the Spanish monarch in Slovakia after more than twenty years. TASR informed about it from the Communication Department of the Office of the President of the Slovak Republic, saying that this is an important milestone in bilateral relations between the two countries.
King Philip VI. He will arrive in Slovakia on Tuesday, in the evening Pellegrini will receive it in the Presidential Palace. The program will include a bilateral meeting of both statesmen and a ceremonial state dinner in honor of the royal visit.
On Wednesday, the President and his Majesty will travel together to Lešť, where they look at the Multinational NATO combat group under the leadership of the Spanish contingent who recently took command. Ceremonial onset, presentation of technology and dynamic demonstrations of units training will be held in the premises of the Lešť Training Center.
