The House of Representatives will take progress to the decision of the Supreme Court (STF) who ordered Deputy Carla Zambelli for the invasion, with the help of a hacker, to the National Council of Justice (CNJ) systems to tamper documents, such as the false issuance of arrest warrant against Minister Alexandre de Moraes. In practice, the deputy must lose his mandate.
– Let’s go to the rite to comply with the STF’s decision, ”said Mayor Hugo Motta (Republicans/PB), during the“ Agenda Brasil – the Brazilian Fiscal Scenario ”seminar, promoted by Valor, Radio CBN and the newspaper“ O Globo ”.
He stated that there are no more alternatives available to the house regarding the conviction, as the trial was concluded. Motta stated that the House had granted a medical license to the parliamentarian before the STF’s decision, but the agency anticipated the embargo and concluded the conviction. Therefore, he said, the court decision has to be enforced.

– When there is a conclusion of judgment in the Supreme Court, it is no longer up to the mayor to put this in voting because he already has a conviction. The decision needs to be fulfilled, ”he said.
Motta said that the case of Zambelli is “atypical, and unprecedented in the House of Representatives.” He said that since his arrival as president of the house, he has sought to defend the parliamentary prerogatives.
