One should assume that the time is no longer a big deal for modern technology. Watches have been around for centuries, and today’s nuclear clocks are so precisely that they would only deviate by a fraction of a second in millions of years. While in this regard for larger scales there is actually not too much, the time measurement really begins in the world of quantum physics. Because there are other rules here, and it turns out that the term “time” has not been understood entirely.
