The report delivered on June 5 by the Central Operational Unit (UCO) of the Civil Guard to the magistrate of the Supreme Court Leopoldo Puente, instructor of the case in which the former socialist minister José Luis Ábalos is investigated, includes the transcription of part of the recordings that the ex -assistant of this, Koldo García, also charged in the case, made of the conversations he had with leaders of the PSOE, among them the secretary of organization of the Socialists, Santos Cerdán. In some of them, maintained separately by Koldo with both, it is allegedly heard how they talk about Amaños in the adjudication of public works and, specifically, of the alleged debt they maintained with them some of the companies that had been benefited by their efforts in exchange for the payment of commissions, as the SER chain has advanced and confirmed the country in several sources connoisseur of the case.
The report, which still remains secret, is the same police document that led to that on Tuesday the magistrate of the Supreme Court ordered the registration of the address in Valencia de Ábalos and the headquarters of several companies in Navarra, Bizkaia, Granada, Valencia and Madrid.
